"The print is based on the field edges, near where I used to live in Fife. The plants, leaves and seed heads are largely wild and considered to be weeds!! I don't see things like that. They are still quite beautiful to me, whatever the farmer would say!! The sun is low in a warm, yellowing sky, accompanying my late summer walks." Ann Oram

Ann Oram trained at Edinburgh College of Art (ECA). After her post-graduate year and Andrew Grant Scholarship to France and Italy, Ann returned to ECA to lecture in the Painting school.Limited edition of 75 prints signed by the artist.
